Welcome to the Cowtown CASI Pod Website

Cowtown is CASI's (Chili Appreciation Society International) third oldest pod, founded in 1976 and located in Fort Worth Texas.  We promote, sponsor, and attend chili cookoff's in the Fort Worth area, around Texas and the United States.  Our cookoff's are family friendly and help raise money for local charities.
